Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and rebookings are possible free of charge up to 5 days before the start of the course in accordance with the guidelines of private Ski Teacher Zermatt. For cancellations from 5 days to 3 days before the start of the course, 50% of the reservation price paid will be charged. For cancellations from 3 days before the start of the course, 100% of the reservation price paid will be charged. Changes to bookings are no longer possible from 10 days before the actual start of the course. Short-term bookings up to 24 hours before the start of the course can neither be cancelled nor rebooked. In the event of a no-show with a delay of more than 30 minutes or if a lesson that has started is cancelled for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer must pay for these lessons in full. 100% of the course costs paid will be charged.
